Our Story
We believe our homes quietly shape our lives every single day.
The spaces where we wake up, gather with family, curl up with a good book or watch our pets peacefully sleep quietly shape how we feel every day.
Because creating a home isn't about perfection.
It's about creating a place that supports the life you want to live.
Every home tells a story. Ours began with a chance meeting.
LITARC was born from an unexpected friendship.
We met during a seminar on traditional natural building materials—a place where people gathered to learn how thoughtful design, craftsmanship and nature can create healthier, more meaningful spaces.
Within just a few months, an idea began to take shape.
Although our professional journeys were different, we discovered that we shared the same belief:
A home should do more than look beautiful. It should support the way we live.A home should do more than look beautiful. It should support the way we live.

Alex has spent years studying how buildings shape the people who live in them. Her passion for traditional craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and timeless homes inspired many of the ideas that now live in LITARC's Digital Guides.
and together we are LITARC
Today, we create beautifully designed Digital Guides that combine practical knowledge, thoughtful ideas and inspiring visuals to help people create homes that feel happier, calmer and more connected to the lives they want to live.
Because we believe that every home is unique.
And every journey towards a happy home should be too.
We're just getting started!
LITARC began with one simple belief:
Homes have the power to shape happier lives.
Every Digital Guide we create is another step towards helping people build spaces that feel calmer, more personal and more connected to the lives they want to live.
